Coach seeks a Sales Support Associate to support retail operations at its Cypress location. The role encompasses cash wrap management, point-of-sale operations, inventory management, and customer service delivery in a fast-paced luxury retail environment. The incumbent will maintain sales floor presentation, process shipments, handle cash transactions, and serve as a brand ambassador to customers through professionalism and product knowledge.

Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipating needs and providing personalized service
• Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media in strict compliance with company policy
• Suggest complementary products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information in accordance with privacy guidelines
• Receive, process, and organize merchandise shipments and transfers, reporting discrepancies and maintaining stockroom cleanliness
• Replenish inventory on sales floor, execute visual merchandising updates, and maintain accurate stock levels
• Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests confidently, and partner with team members and management as needed
• Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere to all Loss Prevention guidelines
• Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local market; support social media engagement initiatives

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of retail experience in a fast-paced retail environment (cashier, stock, or sales roles)
• Preference for experience in a luxury retail service environment
• Strong knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive marketplace awareness
• Proficiency with cash register systems and point-of-sale technology
• Basic computer skills including iPad, laptop, mobile POS systems, and internet navigation
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and capacity to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
• Strong attention to detail and superior organizational abilities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong English language proficiency

Skills

Experience

1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment. Cashier, stock, or sales experience accepted. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
