Coach seeks a Casual Sales Associate in New York, NY to deliver luxury client service and support store sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, boutique-level customer service and personalised clienteling to drive store sales and loyalty.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling and product storytelling.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system, process transactions, returns and exchanges accurately and securely.
  • Maintain premium visual merchandising standards, stock presentation and shopfloor readiness at all times.
  • Support inventory management, stock replenishment, receiving and basic cycle counts.
  • Adhere to loss-prevention, cash-handling and brand compliance procedures.
  • Work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods; support opening/closing duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to build rapport and long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling.
  • Reliable, punctual and able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
