Coach seeks a Casual Sales Associate in New York, NY to deliver luxury client service and support store sales.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, boutique-level customer service and personalised clienteling to drive store sales and loyalty.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling and product storytelling.
- Operate the point-of-sale system, process transactions, returns and exchanges accurately and securely.
- Maintain premium visual merchandising standards, stock presentation and shopfloor readiness at all times.
- Support inventory management, stock replenishment, receiving and basic cycle counts.
- Adhere to loss-prevention, cash-handling and brand compliance procedures.
- Work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods; support opening/closing duties as required.

- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to build rapport and long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- Professional appearance and strong attention to detail consistent with a luxury retail environment.
- Basic numeracy and cash-handling integrity.
Skills
Experience
Previous retail experience preferred; 1+ year in luxury or premium-brand sales is desirable. Candidates with strong customer-service backgrounds and demonstrable sales aptitude will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or retail/fashion-related training is a plus.
