Coach Sales Support Associate role in Hanover, Maryland—retail sales, POS operations, inventory management, part-time position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipating needs and providing personalized service
- Serve as a brand ambassador internally and within the local market, supporting social media engagement initiatives
- Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media in compliance with company policy
- Suggest complementary products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information in accordance with brand guidelines
- Receive, process, organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and organization
- Manage inventory levels, replenish sales floor merchandise, and execute visual merchandising updates
- Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests with confidence, and collaborate with team members and management as needed
- Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere strictly to loss prevention guidelines
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of previous retail experience, including cashier, stock, or sales responsibilities, preferably in a luxury retail service environment
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics
- Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, and mobile POS platforms
- Ability to read and interpret price sheets, product release materials, and utilize walkie-talkie systems
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities
- Capacity to multitask efficiently in a high-paced retail environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated customer service excellence
- Physical capability to lift minimum 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; ability to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, peak seasons, and public holidays as business needs require

Experience
Minimum one year of professional retail experience, encompassing cash handling, stockroom operations, and/or customer-facing sales responsibilities. Experience in a luxury or premium retail service environment is preferred. A combination of relevant education and practical retail experience will be considered.
