Coach Retail Sales Assistant

Role & Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and deliver personalised customer service at the sales floor and cash wrap.
• Operate POS and Mobile POS systems accurately; handle cash/media in strict compliance with company policy and maintain an organised cash wrap.
• Receive, process and organise incoming shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies and uphold stockroom cleanliness and organisation.
• Manage stock levels and replenish the sales floor; execute visual merchandising updates and maintain housekeeping standards.
• Support sales floor activities by responding to customer requests, suggesting add-on items, promoting gift cards and capturing permitted customer information.
• Act as a brand ambassador in-store and within the local market; support store-level social media engagement as needed.
• Adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines and assist management with ad-hoc operational tasks to sustain store efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of retail experience (cashiering, stock, or sales); experience in a luxury retail environment preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace activity.
• Proven accuracy and attention to detail in cash handling and inventory tasks.
• Ability to multitask confidently in a fast-paced retail environment and to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs).
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.

Skills

Experience

At least 1 year of prior retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales); luxury retail experience is preferred. Candidates with an equivalent combination of education and related experience will be considered.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational retail coursework or customer service training preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
