Coach (Tapestry) is hiring a part‑time Sales Support Associate in Aurora, IL (Chicago Premium Outlets) to manage POS, stockroom and customer service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet clients with warmth and professionalism; provide personalized assistance and anticipate customer needs.
- Operate point‑of‑sale systems accurately, maintain an organized cash wrap, and perform compliant cash/media handling.
- Receive, process, reconcile and organize incoming shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies.
- Manage stockroom and sales‑floor replenishment; execute visual merchandising updates and maintain housekeeping standards.
- Suggest add‑on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted to support sales and CRM.
- Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests, and partner with managers or teammates to resolve issues.
- Adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines and store policies to protect assets and ensure a safe environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of prior retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales); luxury retail experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of cash register systems and Mobile POS platforms; comfortable using iPad, laptop and internet applications.
- Strong customer service and communication skills with an ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Attention to detail, organizational aptitude, and basic numeracy for cash handling and inventory reconciliation.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and maneuver in sales and stockroom areas.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, public holidays and peak retail periods.
- Demonstrated awareness of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of retail experience, with cashiering, inventory handling or sales support; prior luxury retail experience preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or customer service coursework preferred but not required.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
