Role & Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and deliver personalised service at the sales floor and cash wrap.
• Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, manage cash/media in line with company policy, and maintain an organised cash wrap.
• Receive, process and organise incoming shipments and transfers; report stock discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and organisation.
• Replenish sales floor inventory, execute visual merchandising updates and ensure merchandise presentation meets brand standards.
• Support in-store promotions including gift card and add-on product suggestions and capture customer information where permitted.
• Partner with sales team and management to respond to customer requests, support peak periods and maintain Loss Prevention and housekeeping standards.
• Contribute to brand representation in the local market and support social media engagement initiatives when required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales); luxury retail experience preferred. Combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Current awareness of fashion trends and competitive marketplace activity.
• Proven cash-handling experience and familiarity with POS transactions and cash wrap procedures.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational capability and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend and manoeuvre on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Skills

Experience

At least one year of retail experience is required, ideally including cashier or stockroom duties; experience in a luxury retail environment is preferred. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; retail or customer-service training is an advantage.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
