Coach in Toronto (Toronto Eaton Centre) is hiring a Part-time Sales Associate to deliver luxury retail service and drive sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized service aligned with Coach style and service standards.
  • Build and sustain client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive retention and lifetime value.
  • Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals through cross-selling, upselling and tailored product recommendations.
  • Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling channels (including short-form video and live-stream demonstrations) to capture client data and facilitate omni-channel purchases.
  • Execute daily operational tasks: cash-wrap procedures, inventory receiving and processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and online order fulfilment (pickups/returns/exchanges).
  • Maintain a polished sales floor and organized stockroom; adhere to POS, asset protection and loss-prevention policies.
  • Support inventory cycles and product movement, assist teammates across functional tasks and contribute to a collaborative, high-performance store environment.
  • Participate in brand trainings, inclusion initiatives and adopt feedback to continually refine selling techniques and customer interactions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail background preferred.
  • Proficiency operating POS systems and basic computing on devices such as iPad and laptop; experience with mobile POS and walkie-talkies.
  • Strong English language proficiency required.
  • Social media savvy with experience in short-form video, live-stream shopping or video demos considered an asset.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Capability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), and to climb, bend and kneel in a retail environment.

Experience

At least one year of retail sales experience is required; prior luxury retail or brand boutique experience and demonstrated clienteling or social selling skills are preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary coursework in fashion, retail, merchandising or a related field is an asset.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
