Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client service through proactive clienteling, one-to-one interactions and follow-up to cultivate long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and cross-selling of handbags, leather goods and accessories.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and present product displays to brand guidelines to optimise conversion and customer experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately for sales, exchanges and returns; handle cash, card transactions and end-of-day reconciliation.
- Support inventory activities including receiving, stock replenishment, cycle counts and loss-prevention procedures.
- Stay current on product knowledge, seasonal collections and brand initiatives; contribute to team briefings and training sessions.
- Assist with store operations as needed: opening/closing, floor moves, tidiness and compliance with safety and retail policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or customer-service training is an advantage.
- Right to work in the hiring country and flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Professional presentation and excellent interpersonal skills appropriate to a luxury retail environment.
- Strong sales orientation with demonstrable ability to meet targets and close transactions.
- Attention to detail and a reliable approach to cash handling and store procedures.

Experience
Preferably 1+ year of frontline retail experience in fashion, accessories or luxury goods; candidates with demonstrable sales results and client service experience will be prioritised.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail or hospitality is a plus.
