Coach is hiring a part-time Sales Associate in Monroe, Ohio (Cincinnati) — hourly $15.00–$19.50; deliver personalized luxury retail service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, consistently delivering the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and deepen client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Drive sales performance through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; meet or exceed individual and store KPIs.
- Leverage Mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture client data and support omni‑channel conversions.
- Execute daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), manage cash wrap, and follow POS and asset-protection procedures.
- Support inventory cycles and visual merchandising: receive shipments, replenish stock, process inventory and maintain presentation standards.
- Maintain a high-energy selling floor, manage multiple customers concurrently and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment, participate in brand initiatives and training programs, and welcome feedback to improve performance.
- Work a flexible schedule to cover nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Demonstrated ability to operate POS systems and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop); familiarity with Mobile POS and clienteling tools.
- Physical capability to lift 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and maneuver within sales floor and stockroom environments.
- Strong proficiency in English.
- Social-media savvy with experience in short-form video, live-stream shopping or video demos preferred.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail sales experience is required; prior luxury retail or fashion experience is preferred and a combination of education and experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; combination of education and experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
