Coach is hiring a Sales Associate at Trafford Centre, Manchester — full‑time luxury retail role focused on clienteling, omni‑channel selling and store operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and uphold Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Deliver personalised styling and product expertise to build lasting client relationships and brand loyalty.
  • Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations to meet individual and store KPIs.
  • Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture client data and encourage repeat purchases.
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans and actively source and follow up with prospective customers to close sales.
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
  • Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards.
  • Keep sales floor and stockroom organised and compliant with retail policies, POS procedures and asset protection requirements.
  • Process transactions efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups) and support inventory cycles (receiving, stocking, product movement).
  • Assist teammates across functional areas, foster a collaborative environment and participate in brand initiatives, training and inclusion activities.
  • Accept and act on feedback while maintaining a calm, professional demeanour.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience operating POS systems and mobile POS; basic computer proficiency with iPad/laptop.
  • Familiarity with clienteling tools, data acquisition and ability to read price/release sheets.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
  • Social media savvy; experience with live‑stream shopping or video demos is preferred.

Experience
