Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, Coach-standard customer service and personalised client experiences.
- Achieve and strive to exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and client follow-up.
- Execute day-to-day store operations including merchandising, stock handling and maintaining presentation standards.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, store leadership and external partners to support store performance and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Associate degree (专科) or higher.
- Minimum two years' retail or luxury-brand sales experience.
- Polite and sincere demeanour with a proactive sales approach and strong retail selling techniques.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a collaborative team orientation.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years' experience in retail or the luxury goods sector, with a proven record of meeting sales targets and delivering high-quality customer service.
Education
Associate degree or higher.
