Coach is hiring a Sales Associate III in Fort Worth, TX — part-time position at $15.00–$19.50/hr. Apply to join Coach's retail team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, consistently applying Coach’s Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Deliver personalized styling and product advice to build lasting client relationships and drive loyalty.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations.
- Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture customer data and stimulate repeat business.
- Develop and execute personal sales plans and meet KPIs set by the store leadership.
- Source new customers and perform proactive follow-up to convert leads into sales.
- Manage multiple customers on the sales floor while maintaining high energy and professional service.
- Perform daily operational tasks: cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment and basic visual merchandising.
- Maintain a neat, organized and fully stocked sales floor and stockroom; follow POS, asset protection and retail policies.
- Process transactions efficiently (sales, returns, exchanges, online order pickups) and support inventory cycles (receiving, stocking, product movement).
- Support colleagues across functional areas and contribute to a collaborative, trust-based team environment.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; accept feedback and adapt behaviors professionally.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Demonstrated POS operation experience and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
- Ability to read price/release sheets and operate walkie-talkie communications.
- Ability to lift 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and safely maneuver on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
- Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, peak retail periods and public holidays.
- Strong English language proficiency.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of retail sales experience; prior luxury retail or fashion experience and familiarity with omni-channel selling, social/live-stream selling or video demos is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
