Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized luxury service in accordance with brand style and service standards.
  • Develop and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat purchases and loyalty.
  • Sell across channels using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video and live-stream) to capture data and convert leads.
  • Meet or exceed individual and store KPIs through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans.
  • Support daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), receive shipments, stock merchandise and assist inventory cycles.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, keep sales floor and stockroom organized, and adhere to POS, asset-protection and retail policies.
  • Collaborate with teammates, assist across functional areas, and participate in brand trainings, initiatives and inclusion activities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. Combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Proficiency with POS systems (Mobile POS), iPad/laptop usage and basic computer literacy; familiarity with clienteling tools and social selling platforms preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Capable of regularly lifting 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and performing physical tasks such as bending, climbing and maneuvering stockroom and sales floor.
  • Strong English language proficiency.

Experience

At least 1 year of retail sales experience is required; prior experience in luxury retail, clienteling and omni-channel selling is strongly preferred.

Education

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
