Coach Hong Kong seeks Retail Management Trainee for New Town Plaza store to develop leadership skills in luxury retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in daily store operations and visual merchandising standards
- Support sales team leadership and customer service excellence
- Contribute to inventory management and stock organization
- Participate in staff training and development initiatives
- Assist in implementing promotional campaigns and store events
- Monitor store performance metrics and sales targets
Qualifications
- Strong retail or customer service experience
