Coach Store Manager in New York, NY — lead boutique operations, sales and team development for the luxury brand.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead all store operations to achieve sales, profitability and service targets, including P&L accountability and expense control.
- Recruit, coach and develop a high-performing retail team; set objectives, conduct performance reviews and manage succession.
- Deliver an exceptional luxury client experience through proactive clienteling, concierge service and personalized selling strategies.
- Ensure visual merchandising, store standards and product presentation adhere to brand directives and seasonal campaigns.
- Oversee inventory control, merchandising replenishment, stock accuracy and loss-prevention procedures.
- Prepare and submit regular sales, payroll and operational reports; analyse store KPIs and implement corrective actions.
- Manage staffing, scheduling and labour efficiency while maintaining compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Collaborate with district/regional leadership on local marketing initiatives, events and community engagement.
Qualifications
- Proven retail management experience, preferably within luxury or premium fashion brands.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing store financials (P&L responsibility preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, lead and develop sales teams in a customer-centric environment.
- Strong commercial judgement with experience in visual merchandising and inventory management.
- Availability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays as required by store operations.

Experience
Typically 3+ years of progressive retail supervisory or management experience, with a preference for candidates who have led teams in luxury or high-end retail environments and who have direct P&L responsibility.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, retail management or a related field preferred.
