Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead all store operations to achieve sales, profitability and service targets, including P&L accountability and expense control.
  • Recruit, coach and develop a high-performing retail team; set objectives, conduct performance reviews and manage succession.
  • Deliver an exceptional luxury client experience through proactive clienteling, concierge service and personalized selling strategies.
  • Ensure visual merchandising, store standards and product presentation adhere to brand directives and seasonal campaigns.
  • Oversee inventory control, merchandising replenishment, stock accuracy and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales, payroll and operational reports; analyse store KPIs and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage staffing, scheduling and labour efficiency while maintaining compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Collaborate with district/regional leadership on local marketing initiatives, events and community engagement.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail management experience, preferably within luxury or premium fashion brands.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing store financials (P&L responsibility preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, lead and develop sales teams in a customer-centric environment.
  • Strong commercial judgement with experience in visual merchandising and inventory management.
  • Availability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays as required by store operations.

Experience
