Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, professional client service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor, anticipating needs and creating a positive brand impression.
- Operate POS and Mobile POS reliably; handle cash and payment media in strict accordance with company procedures.
- Receive, process and organise incoming shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies and maintain an orderly stockroom.
- Manage stock levels and replenish the sales floor; execute visual merchandising updates to brand standards.
- Support floor activities and respond to customer requests; promote add-on items and gift cards and capture customer data where permitted.
- Maintain housekeeping standards for the sales floor and stockroom and comply with Loss Prevention guidelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashiering, stockroom or sales), preferably within a luxury retail environment; combinations of education and experience will be considered.
- Working knowledge of cash register systems and Mobile POS; comfortable using iPad and laptop for retail workflows.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational capability and ability to multitask in a high-volume retail environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; demonstrated client focus.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to regularly lift 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; able to climb, bend and manoeuvre in a salesfloor and stockroom environment.

Experience
At least one year of prior retail experience, ideally in a luxury or premium apparel/leather goods environment, with practical exposure to cashiering, stock management and customer-facing service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; post-secondary coursework in retail, fashion or business is a plus.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
