Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipating needs and providing personalized assistance
• Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local market, supporting social media engagement initiatives
• Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media in full compliance with company policy
• Suggest complementary products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers while reporting discrepancies and maintaining stockroom cleanliness
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor inventory, and execute visual merchandising updates
• Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests confidently, and partner with team members or management as needed
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines throughout the store

Qualifications

• One or more years of previous retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales background), preferably in a luxury retail service environment
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics
• Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, mobile POS, and internet navigation
• Ability to use walkie-talkie systems and read price and product release sheets
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom

Skills

Experience

One or more years of retail experience in cashier, stock, or sales roles, preferably within a luxury retail service environment. A combination of relevant education and practical experience will be considered.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; additional retail training or certification is a plus.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
