Coach is hiring a Sales Support Associate II in New York, NY to support retail operations, clienteling and inventory for its luxury boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day operational support to store sales teams to drive sales and achieve service KPIs.
- Deliver high-quality clienteling and after-sales service, including follow-up communications and appointment coordination.
- Process transactions, returns and exchanges accurately using the point-of-sale system and maintain cash and payment reconciliation.
- Manage inventory activities: receiving, unpacking, stockroom organization, cycle counts and shrink mitigation procedures.
- Support visual merchandising standards and floor sets to ensure the boutique reflects brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns.
- Maintain CRM records and assist with targeted client outreach and event preparation.
- Coordinate shipments and inter-store transfers, ensuring accurate documentation and timely delivery.
- Assist with ad-hoc operational projects, training of new hires and daily store opening/closing procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of customer-facing retail experience; experience in luxury or premium brands strongly preferred.
- Demonstrable clienteling and customer service skills with an ability to build rapport with high-net-worth clients.
- Proven accuracy in cash handling and POS transactions and familiarity with retail inventory processes.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; professional presentation consistent with a luxury environment.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and occasional extended hours for events and launches.

Experience
At least 2 years of retail or sales-support experience, preferably within a luxury or premium fashion environment; demonstrated history of supporting store operations and client service initiatives.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in business, fashion, retail or related field preferred but not required.
