Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in driving sales performance and achieving store KPIs through coaching, floor leadership and direct client engagement.
  • Coach, mentor and develop sales associates to sustain high standards of clienteling, product knowledge and personalized service.
  • Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, POS activity and staffing schedules.
  • Manage inventory control processes: receiving, replenishment, stock accuracy and cycle counts to minimize shrinkage.
  • Implement visual merchandising directives and ensure the store environment consistently reflects brand presentation standards.
  • Analyze sales data and KPI reports to identify trends, opportunities and corrective actions; execute targeted selling initiatives.
  • Enforce loss-prevention protocols and ensure compliance with company policies, safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Act as Store Manager in their absence, owning escalations, client recovery and operational decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Proven supervisory experience in retail, preferably within premium or luxury fashion (minimum 2+ years in a leadership role).
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving measurable team performance.
  • Strong leadership and people development capabilities with experience conducting coaching and performance reviews.
  • Exceptional client service orientation with refined interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Flexible availability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and peak holiday periods.
  • Proficiency with retail operations and basic financial controls; comfort interpreting sales reports and KPIs.

Experience
