Coach Retail Operations Assistant

Role & Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipating needs and delivering personalized service at the sales floor and cash wrap.
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately; manage cash/media and maintain an organized cash wrap in compliance with company policy.
• Receive, process and organize incoming shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain a clean, orderly stockroom.
• Manage inventory levels, replenish the sales floor, and execute merchandising updates to brand standards.
• Promote add-on products and gift cards, capture customer information where permitted, and support local brand representation and social media engagement.
• Support loss prevention and housekeeping standards; respond to customer requests and partner with sales team or management as required.
• Perform occasional physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing, bending and maneuvering between sales floor and stockroom.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stock, sales) — luxury retail experience preferred; combination of education and experience considered.
• Working knowledge of cash register systems and Mobile POS; comfortable using iPad, laptop and basic internet tools.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational aptitude and ability to multitask in a high-volume retail environment.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer-service skills; strong English proficiency required.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
• Ability to regularly lift 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks required on the sales floor and stockroom.

Experience

At least one year of prior retail experience—cashiering, stockroom or sales—preferably within a luxury or premium retail environment; demonstrated experience with POS transactions and basic inventory handling.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
