Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead daily store operations to achieve sales, margin and KPI targets while safeguarding the Coach brand experience.
  • Recruit, coach and develop a high-performing sales team; establish performance plans, deliver coaching and manage staffing schedules.
  • Drive exceptional clienteling and CRM activity, cultivating long-term relationships with high-value customers and converting footfall into sales.
  • Own merchandising, visual presentation and inventory integrity to optimize sell-through and minimize shrink.
  • Manage store P&L elements including payroll, expenses and loss prevention; implement corporate policies and local compliance requirements.
  • Plan and execute in-store events, product launches and service initiatives in coordination with regional leadership and marketing.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail management experience, ideally within luxury or premium fashion.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales and margin targets through coaching and operational control.
  • Strong leadership and people-development skills with experience managing and motivating frontline teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and a client-focused, service-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with inventory control, visual merchandising and loss-prevention best practices.

Experience

Minimum three years of progressive retail experience with at least some time in a supervisory or management role; prior experience in luxury or premium fashion preferred, with a demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and driving team performance.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, retail management or related field preferred.
