Coach Retail Management Trainee in Xi'an, China – develop retail leadership skills at the luxury fashion brand's SKP Women's location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations and merchandising activities
- Assist in training and mentoring junior retail staff members
- Monitor inventory levels and participate in stock management
- Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain store aesthetics
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Deliver exceptional customer service and brand experience
- Participate in opening and closing store procedures
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive workplace culture
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Passion for luxury fashion and the Coach brand
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays
- Proven sales or retail experience preferred
- Demonstrated leadership potential or willingness to develop management skills
