Coach Retail Management Trainee role in Tianjin, China – develop retail management skills in a luxury fashion environment at Tianjin Mixc.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support store management in daily operational activities and store procedures
- Assist in training and mentoring retail sales associates on product knowledge and customer service standards
- Contribute to visual merchandising and store presentation initiatives
- Monitor sales performance and assist in implementing merchandising strategies
- Support inventory management and stock organization
- Maintain compliance with brand standards and company policies
- Foster a customer-centric environment and contribute to positive team culture
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
