Coach Retail Management Trainee position in Taiyuan, China. Full-time entry-level role developing store leadership skills in luxury fashion retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support store management team in daily retail operations and customer service delivery
- Participate in structured training programme designed to develop retail management competencies
- Assist with inventory management, merchandise displays, and visual merchandising execution
- Contribute to team coaching, staff scheduling coordination, and operational efficiency initiatives
- Represent Coach brand values and drive customer experience excellence in-store
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated interest in retail management or fashion retail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Basic proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese
