Coach Retail Management Trainee position in Suzhou, China. Develop retail management skills in a luxury fashion environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations and ensure seamless execution of sales floor activities
- Assist in staff scheduling, training coordination, and team performance management
- Monitor inventory accuracy and merchandise presentation standards
- Contribute to achievement of store sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain brand standards and customer service excellence across all touchpoints
- Support visual merchandising and seasonal campaign execution
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated interest in fashion retail or luxury goods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Flexibility to work varying retail hours including weekends and peak seasons
