Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor retail sales associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences aligned with Coach's brand philosophy
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store presentation standards
- Support the Store Manager in implementing sales strategies, promotional activities, and seasonal initiatives
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and coaching team members
- Ensure compliance with Coach operational procedures, brand standards, and loss prevention protocols
- Participate in staff scheduling, training programs, and performance management activities
Qualifications
- Demonstrated retail or customer service experience in a luxury or premium brand environment
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and retail management software
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese
- Understanding of fashion retail trends and luxury brand positioning
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as required by retail operations

Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of retail experience in a customer-facing or supervisory capacity, preferably within luxury fashion or premium accessories retail.
Education
