Coach Shenzhen seeks Retail Management Trainee for Mixc Mall location. Entry-level role with training in luxury retail operations and sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized client service and product expertise across Coach's handbag, accessory, and lifestyle collections
- Support daily retail operations including stock management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
- Process transactions and manage point-of-sale systems with accuracy and efficiency
- Participate in ongoing training programs to develop retail management competencies
- Collaborate with store leadership to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Build client relationships and foster repeat business through exceptional service standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
