Coach Retail Management Trainee position in Shenzhen, China. Entry-level role in luxury retail operations and customer service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in daily store operations and visual merchandising execution
- Support the sales team in delivering exceptional customer service and building client relationships
- Process transactions accurately and maintain point-of-sale systems
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management and replenishment
- Contribute to maintaining store standards of cleanliness, organization, and brand presentation
- Participate in training sessions and coaching to develop retail management competencies
