Coach is hiring a Retail Management Trainee in Shenyang to develop future store leaders in luxury fashion retail operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily retail operations and execution of visual merchandising standards
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior sales associates on product knowledge and service protocols
  • Contribute to sales performance through direct customer engagement and consultation
  • Participate in inventory management, stock replenishment, and loss prevention activities
  • Monitor and uphold brand presentation, store cleanliness, and safety standards
  • Collaborate with store management on scheduling, opening and closing procedures, and operational compliance

Qualifications

  • Secondary school education or equivalent
  • Demonstrated interest in retail management or fashion industry careers
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
