Coach is hiring a Retail Management Trainee in Shenyang to develop future store leaders in luxury fashion retail operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily retail operations and execution of visual merchandising standards
- Assist in training and mentoring junior sales associates on product knowledge and service protocols
- Contribute to sales performance through direct customer engagement and consultation
- Participate in inventory management, stock replenishment, and loss prevention activities
- Monitor and uphold brand presentation, store cleanliness, and safety standards
- Collaborate with store management on scheduling, opening and closing procedures, and operational compliance
Qualifications
- Secondary school education or equivalent
- Demonstrated interest in retail management or fashion industry careers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and seasonal peaks
- Customer service orientation and enthusiasm for the Coach brand

Experience
Entry-level retail or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; strong potential for development is valued equally.
Education
