Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and styling guidance on the sales floor
- Assist in executing visual merchandising standards and floor layouts
- Support inventory management and loss prevention initiatives
- Participate in staff scheduling and team coordination activities
- Contribute to sales reporting and performance metrics analysis
- Shadow senior managers to develop operational and administrative competencies
Qualifications
- Proven retail or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Willingness to work flexible retail hours including weekends

Experience
