Coach Retail Management Trainee position at Shanghai IFC boutique. Entry-level luxury retail development role within the Tapestry portfolio.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in daily retail operations and store management activities under the mentorship of senior management
- Support customer engagement and sales initiatives while maintaining Coach brand standards
- Participate in team training and development programs to build retail management competencies
- Contribute to visual merchandising and store presentation aligned with brand guidelines
- Assist in inventory management, stockroom organization, and loss prevention protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent at minimum
- Passion for luxury retail and the Coach brand
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and holidays as required

Experience
