Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily retail operations and inventory management at the Qingdao Mixc store location
- Assist in training and mentoring retail associates on product knowledge and customer service standards
- Execute visual merchandising directives and maintain store presentation standards
- Participate in sales floor activities while developing management and leadership capabilities
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and key performance indicators
- Support the store manager in recruitment, scheduling, and team performance management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Demonstrated passion for fashion, luxury retail, and customer experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly within a retail environment, including weekends and holidays
- Willingness to learn and adaptability to a structured training program
