Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations and visual merchandising standards
- Assist in training and coaching retail staff on product knowledge and customer service excellence
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and inventory management objectives
- Maintain store presentation and brand standards across merchandise displays
- Support management team in roster planning, scheduling, and staff coordination
