Role & Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day store operations to ensure seamless service and adherence to Coach brand standards.
  • Drive sales performance and achieve store KPIs through customer engagement, merchandising and promotional activity.
  • Assist with staff coaching, onboarding and performance feedback to develop a high-performing retail team.
  • Execute visual merchandising and inventory control processes, including stock replenishment, transfers and shrinkage prevention.
  • Participate in forecasting, reporting and store opening/closing procedures; ensure compliance with cash handling and operational policies.
  • Act as a brand ambassador on the shop floor, cultivating client relationships and delivering personalised luxury service.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business, retail management, hospitality or a related discipline preferred.
  • Eligible to work in South Africa with willingness to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays.
  • Demonstrable leadership potential and strong commercial acumen.
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional presentation befitting a luxury retail environment.

Experience

Entry-level profile; typically 0–2 years of retail experience is expected, preferably with time as a sales consultant or in an assistant leadership role demonstrating customer-facing sales results and basic supervisory responsibilities.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred; relevant retail or hospitality diplomas accepted.
