Coach Retail Management Trainee position in Jinan, China. Fast-track leadership development opportunity in luxury retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily boutique operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and point-of-sale transactions
- Deliver exceptional personalized service to clientele while developing consultative selling techniques and product knowledge
- Assist in training and coaching retail associates on brand standards, product features, and customer engagement protocols
- Monitor store performance metrics and report on sales trends, stock levels, and customer feedback
- Collaborate with store management on promotional execution, special events, and seasonal campaigns
- Maintain compliance with visual merchandising guidelines and boutique presentation standards
Qualifications
- Secondary school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven retail or customer service experience in a fast-paced, luxury-oriented environment
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and proficiency in English
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Experience
Minimum 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience in luxury fashion, department stores, or premium lifestyle retail. Prior supervisory exposure or assistant management responsibilities are advantageous.
Education
Secondary school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, retail management, or related discipline is preferred.
