Coach Hong Kong seeks Retail Management Trainee at New Town Plaza boutique. Develop retail leadership skills in luxury fashion environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute daily retail operations and point-of-sale procedures within assigned Coach boutique
- Support store management in inventory management, merchandising standards, and visual presentation
- Assist in training and mentoring retail associates to ensure consistent brand service standards
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and KPIs through effective floor presence and customer engagement
- Participate in cross-functional projects and special initiatives as assigned by regional management
- Monitor and maintain compliance with health, safety, and brand operational protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated interest in luxury retail or fashion industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
- Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and peak trading periods
Skills
Experience
No prior retail experience required; however, demonstrated interest in luxury fashion and retail operations is advantageous. Prior experience in customer-facing roles is valued.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
