Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge to guests within the Hefei Sasseur Outlet environment
- Support daily retail operations including merchandising, inventory management, and point-of-sale transactions
- Contribute to a welcoming and inclusive brand atmosphere that reflects Coach's values and aesthetic
- Assist in the development of sales techniques and client relationship-building under the guidance of management
- Participate in visual merchandising standards and store presentation aligned with Coach brand guidelines
- Support the retail team in achieving sales targets and key performance indicators
