Coach Retail Management Trainee position in Foshan, China. Entry-level retail role with management development focus at Florentia Village.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support sales floor operations across assigned departments
- Assist in visual merchandising and store presentation to maintain brand standards
- Support inventory management, stock rotation, and merchandise organization
- Collaborate with store management on daily operational tasks and procedures
- Learn and apply point-of-sale systems and transaction processing
- Participate in team training sessions to develop retail and product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated interest in fashion and luxury retail
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
