Role & Responsibilities
- Support store management in daily operations and visual merchandising execution
- Assist in training and coaching retail team members on product knowledge and service standards
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics
- Maintain store standards for cleanliness, organization, and brand presentation
- Process transactions and manage point-of-sale systems accurately

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
