Coach Changsha IFS seeks a Retail Management Trainee to develop retail leadership skills in luxury fashion retail operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in daily store operations including opening, closing, and floor management procedures
- Support the Store Manager and senior team in executing visual merchandising standards and seasonal campaigns
- Engage with customers to drive sales while embodying Coach's brand values and inclusive service ethos
- Participate in inventory management, stock replenishment, and loss prevention protocols
- Contribute to team training initiatives and share best practices with retail associates
- Monitor key performance indicators and support the achievement of store targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; some post-secondary education in business or retail management preferred
- Demonstrated passion for luxury fashion and the Coach brand
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment
- Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English, both written and spoken
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as required by retail operations
