Coach Retail Management Trainee position in Beijing Lufthansa Outlet. Full-time structured retail training program with development opportunities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Complete structured training program in retail operations and store management fundamentals
- Support daily store operations and sales activities across the Coach retail location
- Develop core competencies in customer service, sales, and team collaboration
- Assist with inventory management, visual merchandising, and store presentation
- Participate in on-floor coaching and mentorship from experienced store leadership
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced retail environment
- Commitment to professional development and learning
Skills
Experience
Entry-level retail or customer service experience is preferred, though recent graduates and career changers may be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or business education is a plus.
