Coach Retail Management Trainee position in Beijing SKP – full-time training program for retail operations and store leadership.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in daily store operations including opening and closing procedures
- Support inventory management and stock rotation
- Deliver exceptional customer service and sales support
- Learn and implement visual merchandising standards
- Support team training and operational excellence initiatives
- Maintain compliance with Coach brand standards and policies
Qualifications
