Coach Retail Management Trainee in Chengdu, China – full-time retail operations and management training position at Chengdu IFS.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist store management in daily operational execution and store performance optimization
- Support sales associates with coaching, guidance, and performance monitoring
- Participate in inventory management, merchandising, and visual display implementation
- Contribute to customer service excellence and brand experience delivery
- Support the development and execution of store-level sales strategies and promotional activities
- Maintain compliance with brand standards, policies, and procedures
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese
