Coach in New York seeks a Lead Supervisor to drive sales, coach the retail team and uphold luxury brand standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations to achieve sales targets and KPI objectives while maintaining brand standards.
- Coach, mentor and develop sales advisors; provide real-time feedback and performance management to maximise conversion and average transaction value.
- Deliver exceptional clienteling and personalised service, building long-term relationships with high-value customers.
- Execute visual merchandising directives and maintain floor sets to ensure an elevated presentation consistent with brand guidelines.
- Manage inventory controls, conduct stock reconciliations and support loss-prevention procedures.
- Oversee cash handling, point-of-sale transactions and end-of-day reconciliations in accordance with company policies.
- Create staff schedules, facilitate store opening/closing, and ensure compliance with operational and safety procedures.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and product training initiatives to sustain team capability.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience in a retail or luxury environment, with demonstrated ability to lead a sales team.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering strong customer experience metrics.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, to meet retail trading requirements.
- Eligibility to work in the country of employment.

Experience
Minimum 2+ years of retail experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role; luxury or premium brand experience strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, retail management or related field preferred.
