Coach is hiring a Lead Supervisor in New York, NY — lead retail teams, drive sales performance and deliver exceptional client service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead daily store operations and sales floor activity, ensuring the team meets or exceeds sales targets and KPIs.
  • Coach, mentor and develop sales associates through regular feedback, on-the-job training and performance reviews.
  • Drive clienteling and retention by ensuring personalised customer service, follow-up and CRM usage.
  • Execute visual merchandising standards and seasonal floor sets to maintain brand presentation and conversion.
  • Manage inventory processes including stock replenishment, transfers, cycle counts and shrinkage prevention.
  • Prepare staff schedules, oversee register operations, cash handling procedures and adherence to opening/closing protocols.
  • Investigate and resolve customer service escalations with diplomacy, escalating complex issues to management as required.
  • Support loss-prevention initiatives and compliance with company policies, local regulations and safety procedures.

Qualifications

  • Proven supervisory experience in retail, preferably within luxury fashion accessories or leather goods.
  • Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused service orientation.
  • Ability to coach and mentor staff, deliver training, and drive measurable improvements in performance.
  • Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and holiday periods as required by retail trading hours.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Experience
