Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations to ensure consistent delivery of Coach’s client experience and visual standards.
- Coach, mentor and schedule sales associates to achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs.
- Execute merchandising and visual directives, maintaining presentation standards and stock placement.
- Oversee inventory control, receiving, stock replenishment and loss-prevention procedures.
- Manage the point-of-sale process, cash handling, and end-of-day reconciliations when required.
- Resolve complex client issues and cultivate long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling.
- Support the Store Manager with recruitment, performance reviews and succession planning.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience in a luxury retail environment, with a track record of coaching teams to exceed sales goals.
- Demonstrable ability to deliver exceptional client service and to build clienteling programs.
- Strong organizational skills with experience in inventory management and loss-prevention processes.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in retail management or business is an advantage.

Typically 3+ years in retail with experience in luxury or premium brands, including at least one year in a supervisory or lead role responsible for coaching a sales team and driving store results.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary coursework or certification in retail management, business or a related field is preferred.
