Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the store sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPI objectives through coaching, real‑time feedback and performance management.
- Deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience via clienteling, relationship development and proactive aftercare to cultivate loyalty and high‑value clientele.
- Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, POS transactions and bank deposits to ensure operational excellence and compliance.
- Execute and maintain visual merchandising standards, seasonal floor moves and replenishment to protect brand presentation and maximize sell‑through.
- Manage inventory activities — stock counts, receiving, transfers and shrink mitigation — in partnership with loss prevention protocols.
- Prepare staff schedules, coordinate training and development plans, and deputise for the Store Manager as required.
Qualifications
- Proven retail supervisory experience, preferably 1–3 years leading a team in a luxury or premium fashion environment.
- Demonstrable sales track record with ability to coach others to meet and exceed individual and store targets.
- Strong clienteling skills and a customer‑centric orientation with discretion in handling high‑value clients.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and conflict‑resolution skills; comfortable giving constructive feedback.
- Availability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends, evenings and public holidays.

Experience
Typically 1–3 years of progressive retail experience with at least some supervisory responsibility; prior experience in luxury fashion or leather goods is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post‑secondary coursework or degree in retail, business or fashion is advantageous but not required.
