Coach is hiring a Lead Supervisor in New York, NY — retail leadership role overseeing store operations, sales and client experience.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead daily store operations in partnership with the Store Manager, ensuring sales targets and KPIs are consistently met.
  • Coach, mentor and develop a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional clienteling and personalised service.
  • Drive visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor reflects brand presentation and seasonal directives.
  • Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and loss-prevention procedures to protect store profitability.
  • Execute opening and closing procedures, cash handling and point-of-sale reconciliation with accuracy.
  • Build and sustain client relationships through proactive outreach, follow-up and clienteling activities.
  • Assist with staff scheduling, performance feedback, and recruitment as required.

Qualifications

  • Proven supervisory experience in retail, preferably within luxury, premium fashion, or accessories brands.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving a high-performance team culture.
  • Strong customer service orientation with refined clienteling and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to resolve customer issues diplomatically.
  • Availability to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.

Experience
