Role & Responsibilities
- Design, deliver and execute retail training programmes to raise store-level sales and service performance.
- Conduct regular field visits and in-store coaching to ensure training is delivered to optimal quality and adopted by frontline teams.
- Provide actionable coaching and feedback to store staff and managers to address sales and service opportunities.
- Collaborate with Retail Management and Senior Area Managers to identify priority sales opportunities and translate them into training actions.
- Localize and review training content before publication on the in-house learning platform; maintain and update training tools with the training manager and global team.
- Monitor implementation of the training action plan and evaluate impact using customer feedback and store performance indicators.
- Travel across the country to deliver in-store sessions and support multi-location rollouts.
Qualifications
- University graduate or higher in a related discipline.
- Minimum 4 years of training experience in a customer-contact, multi-location environment.
- Proven ability to design and deliver in-store training and coaching sessions.
- Retail store experience is an advantage.
- Able and willing to travel nationally for in-store training.
- Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills; strong team orientation.
- Fluent in Korean and English.
Skills
Experience
At least 4 years of professional experience designing and delivering training within a multi-location, customer-facing environment. Previous retail store experience is preferred.
Education
University degree or above in a related discipline.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Gimpo, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea, with easy access to Seoul.
